Find your model and serial number
- Find the rating plate (the data label) on your grill or appliance. It lists the model number, the gas type and the serial number.
- Check the owner’s manual or your purchase paperwork if you can’t get to the plate.
- Text us a photo of the plate. We’ll tell you exactly which drawings and parts fit.
Why the serial number matters
Alfresco changed parts over the years without changing the model number. That is why many models have two or three parts manuals, each for a range of serial numbers, like up to 17-99999, 18-00000 to 25-133999 and 25-134000 and newer.
Serial numbers look like 22-110900. The first two digits are the year it was built. Type it in with the model and the finder picks the right manual for you.
Model letters to know
ALXE and ALX2 are Alfresco grills. SZ on the end means the grill has a Sear Zone burner, which uses some different parts. AXE is a side burner or pizza oven, AIPG is a griddle.
