Find your True Flame model number
- Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.
- Pull out the drip tray and look on the grill body and the underside of the drip tray, or check the front of your owner’s manual.
- Text us a photo of the plate. We’ll tell you exactly which parts fit.
Reading a True Flame model number
The letters are the product and the number is the width in inches. TF32 is a 32 inch True Flame grill, TFE25 is a 25 inch E Series grill and TFG30 is the 30 inch griddle.
The end of the model number is the gas type. On TF grills a trailing L means propane, like TF32L, and no L means natural gas. On E Series grills it is spelled out, like TFE25-NG or TFE25-LP. Valves, orifices and regulators are different for each gas.
TF or TFE?
They are two different grill lines. TFE is the E Series, with tube burners and round grates. TF with the size right after has cast burners, square grates and lights. Many parts are different, so match the letters on your plate.
