Find your model and serial number

  1. Pull out the drip tray and set it aside.
  2. Look up under the right side of the control panel. The data tag faces down, so crouch down or use your phone camera.
  3. On C-Series grills there is also a data plate on the bottom right of the firebox, near the regulator. On the pellet grill, the plate is under the right ash drawer.
  4. Text us a photo of the tag. We’ll tell you exactly which parts fit.

Reading a TEBQ model number

TEBQ36RS-CN: 36 is the width in inches, R means it has the infrared rotisserie (G is grill only), S means a sear zone burner, -C is the series, and N or L is natural gas or propane.

B-Series or C-Series? The letter after the dash on the tag is the series. Parts are not always the same between the two, so check before you order.
