Find your model and serial number

  1. Remove the drip pan and set it aside so you can see the data plate.
  2. Look up under the right side of the control panel. The tag is on the bottom of the control panel, facing down, so crouch down or use your phone camera.
  3. Text us a photo of the tag. We’ll tell you exactly which parts fit.

Reading a DHBQ model number

DHBQ32RS-DN: 32 is the width in inches, R means it has the infrared rotisserie (G is grill only), S means a sear zone burner, -D is the series, and N or L is natural gas or propane. A K or W after the dash (DHBQ32R-KN) means a black or white front panel on a D-Series grill.

B, C or D-Series? The letter after the dash on the tag is the series. Many parts changed between series, so check before you order.
