What drives the price of Delta Heat parts
Three things move the number. First is which part. Small electrical pieces like LED knob lights, fuses and push buttons run about $15 to $40. Burners, briquette trays and grates run $125 to $315.
Second is your series. Delta Heat has gone through a first generation (no letter after the model number), then B, C and D series. The B series had red knobs. The C and D series changed the knob color and moved to blue lights. Many parts carry over, but thermometers, wire harnesses, warming racks and some briquette trays are series specific. Ordering the wrong one is the most common mistake we see.
Third is availability. Common parts like the U-burner, valve, igniters and grates are usually in stock at dealers. Less common pieces, such as the small infrared rotisserie burner, spit rods, handle brackets and older wire harnesses, are often special order with a 2 to 4 week wait.

Part-by-part breakdown
Burners
The stainless U-burner is the main burner on most Delta Heat grills and costs about $145 to $150. Grills built from about 2010 to 2012 used an earlier U-burner that sells for about the same money, so check the year before you order. The infrared sear zone burner is the expensive one at about $315, and the mesh screen that sits over it is about $83 on its own. The small infrared rotisserie burner runs about $230. For more on burner pricing across brands, see our grill burner cost guide and infrared burner prices.
Valves
The main burner valve is about $52 to $56, which is cheap for a valve on a built-in grill. The rotisserie burner uses a safety valve at about $83 to $85 paired with a thermocouple at about $55. If a burner will not stay lit after you let go of the knob, the thermocouple is the first suspect. Valves are gas safety parts, so buy factory valves only. Our valve cost guide covers why.
Ignition
Delta Heat uses battery spark ignition. Pieces you might replace:
- U-burner spark igniter: about $40 to $45 (an aftermarket version is about $30)
- Sear burner igniter: about $52 to $54
- Rotisserie burner igniter: about $41 to $46
- 4-spark ignition module: about $52 to $56
- 9V battery pack: about $41
- Igniter push button: about $34
A 26 inch grill has one U-burner igniter. The 32 and 38 inch grills have two. Before buying a module, try a fresh battery and look for a cracked electrode tip. More detail is in our ignition parts guide.
Grates, briquettes and racks
Stainless cooking grates come in 10 inch and 12 inch sections at about $125 to $130 each, and the grates sold for Delta Heat are the same sections Twin Eagles uses. A full set for a 38 inch grill can top $375. The briquette tray assembly with ceramic briquettes is about $190 to $200, or about $42 for a 10 pack of loose briquettes if your tray is still sound. Warming racks run about $124 to $148 depending on width. See grill grate prices and heat plate and briquette tray costs for how these compare.
Rotisserie
The 120V rotisserie motor is about $169 to $178. Stainless spit rods are about $94 for 26 and 32 inch grills and about $104 for the 38. If you are missing most of the pieces, the full rotisserie kit at about $270 can be cheaper than buying them one at a time. Our rotisserie parts guide has more.
Knobs, lights and small parts
Control knobs are about $52 each, with the bezel about $20 to $24. Blue LED knob lights are about $37. Hood thermometers are about $52. The natural gas regulator is about $52 and the LP regulator with hose about $73 to $75.
OEM vs aftermarket
There is very little aftermarket support for Delta Heat. You will find a generic version of the U-burner igniter for about $30, and universal regulators and thermometers will sometimes fit. Burners, grates, briquette trays and valves are factory only in practice. For gas valves, regulators and thermocouples, buy OEM even when a universal part looks close. These control gas flow and a poor fit can leak.
How to find your model and serial number
Get the model and serial number before you order anything. Delta Heat puts a data plate on the back panel of the grill, and a second label with the model and serial number sits under the right side of the control panel. If both are gone, the model is in your owner's manual. The model name starts with DHBQ, then the width (26, 32 or 38), then G for a standard grill, R for rotisserie or RS for rotisserie plus sear zone, then the series letter. A photo of the label and the control panel is the fastest way to get the right part.
DIY vs hiring a pro
Grates, briquettes, knobs, batteries and thermometers are easy owner swaps. Burners are not hard on a Delta Heat, but crossover brackets and igniter positioning need to be right or you will get delayed lighting. Valves, regulators and thermocouples are gas work, and wire harness or module problems take a meter to diagnose. Labor depends on access to the grill, how rusted the fasteners are, and whether the tech has the part on the truck.
Most companies in our network are dealers or have dealer accounts, so they can usually order the correct Delta Heat part and install it in the same visit or the next one. You can find a grill tech near you or browse grill repair pros. If a tune-up is overdue, pair the part swap with a professional grill cleaning.

Frequently asked questions
Who makes Delta Heat grills?
Delta Heat is made by Twin Eagles as its more affordable line. Some parts, like the stainless grate sections, are shared between the two brands.
How much is a Delta Heat burner?
The stainless U-burner costs about $145 to $150. The infrared sear zone burner is about $315 and the infrared rotisserie burner about $230.
Why won't my Delta Heat grill light?
Start with a fresh battery, then check the igniter electrodes for cracks or a bad gap. Igniters run about $40 to $55 and the ignition module about $52 to $56.
How do I know which Delta Heat series I have?
Read the data plate on the back panel or the label under the right side of the control panel. The letter after the model number (B, C or D) is the series; no letter means a first generation grill.
Can I use universal parts on a Delta Heat grill?
Only for a few items like the U-burner igniter or a thermometer. Burners, grates, briquette trays and valves should be factory parts.
