How Much Do Weber Grill Parts Cost? [2026 Prices]

Typical part prices
$13 to $240
Low$13Middle of the pack$50High$240

Based on current listings checked October 2026. Your exact price depends on model, size and part number.

Most Weber replacement parts cost about $10 to $150. Spirit and Genesis burner sets run about $40 to $115, flavorizer bars about $42 to $100, and a full Summit stainless grate set can reach about $440.

Price insights

  • Spirit II 210 burner tube set: $50 to $77
  • Spirit 310/320 burner kit (3 tubes): $65 to $95
  • Genesis II burner set (2 or 3 tubes): $40 to $115
  • Summit 400/600 main burner (each): about $37

Weber parts are some of the cheapest grill parts you can buy. The company sells millions of grills, the parts are stocked everywhere, and the aftermarket copies most of them. That said, the price swings a lot between the four main lines. A burner for a Q portable is under $50, while a full stainless grate set for a Summit costs more than some people paid for their whole Spirit.

This guide uses prices we checked in October 2026 from Weber, large online parts dealers and Amazon. Treat them as ballpark numbers. Prices move every season, and sales are common.

What drives the price of a Weber part

Three things set the price more than anything else.

  • The line. Spirit is the entry grill, Genesis is the middle, Summit is the top, and Q is the portable. Parts climb in price in that same order.
  • The year. Weber changed designs in 2007, 2013, 2017 and again with the newer Genesis and Spirit grills. A Spirit from 2010 and a Spirit II from 2020 share almost nothing.
  • The material. Porcelain enameled parts cost less than stainless. Cast iron grates sit in the middle.

Gas type matters too. Natural gas burner sets often cost more than the propane version of the same set because they sell in lower volume.

Part by part breakdown

Burners

Weber burner tubes are straight stainless tubes, not the heavy cast brass you find in luxury built-ins. That keeps them cheap. A propane burner set for a Spirit II 210 runs about $50, and the natural gas version about $77. A three-burner Spirit 310 or 320 kit costs about $65 to $95. Genesis II sets land between about $40 and $115 depending on burner count.

Summit is a little different. Main burners are sold one at a time for about $37 each, or about $100 for a set of six. The sear burner and the smoker burner are separate parts at about $37 to $46. For more on burner pricing across brands, see our grill burner price guide.

Many Weber gas grills carry a long burner warranty, often 10 years on Spirit and Genesis. Check before you buy. Weber customer service may send burners free if you are still covered.

Flavorizer bars

Flavorizer bars are the angled metal tents over the burners. They take the most abuse on a Weber, and rusted bars are the most common part we replace. Genuine Genesis II bars run about $42 for a set of 3 up to about $100 for a set of 11. Aftermarket porcelain sets run about $33 to $90. Stainless bars last longer than porcelain, which tends to chip and then rust through. Our heat plate and flavorizer bar guide compares these across brands.

Cooking grates

Grates are where the money goes on a Weber. Porcelain enameled cast iron sets for Spirit and Genesis run about $80 to $175. Stainless rod sets run about $100 to $240. Summit stainless grates sell by the section at about $103 to $147 each, and a full three-piece Summit set runs about $440. Aftermarket stainless grates for the Spirit II cost about $64 to $117. A Q1000 or Q1200 two-piece cast iron grate is about $95. See the cooking grate cost guide for material tradeoffs.

Igniters

Newer Spirit and Genesis grills use a battery powered ignition module. The module alone runs about $34 to $44. A complete kit with electrodes and wires costs about $60 on a Spirit II and about $66 to $136 on a Genesis II, with the six-burner kits at the top. Before you buy a kit, try a fresh AA battery and check the push button, which costs about $13 to $24. Q grills use a simpler kit at about $26 to $48. More on this in our igniter and ignition parts guide.

Valves, regulators and knobs

Weber mostly sells valves as a full manifold, not one valve at a time. A Spirit II manifold is about $104. On a Q, the valve and regulator come as one assembly for about $82. A propane hose and regulator runs about $31 to $53. Knobs are cheap at about $15 to $21 for a pair, or about $35 for the lighted knobs on Genesis LX and Summit grills.

Buy genuine Weber for anything that carries gas. Valves, manifolds and regulators are safety parts, and a cheap copy that leaks is not a bargain. Our regulator and hose guide covers what to look for.

OEM vs aftermarket

Weber is one of the few brands with a deep aftermarket. You can find burners, flavorizer bars, grates and igniter kits for almost every Spirit, Genesis and Q on Amazon and from parts dealers, usually 10 to 40 percent under genuine prices. For bars and grates, a good aftermarket stainless part is often a fine buy. Fit is the main risk. Measure the old part and match the year range, because a bar that is a quarter inch short will fall into the firebox.

For burners, the savings are small enough that genuine is usually worth it. For valves and regulators, stay with genuine Weber.

Find your model and serial number first

Weber parts are sorted by model and year, so get the serial number before you order anything. On most Spirit and Genesis grills it is on a white sticker inside the cart door or on the frame under the side table. On older grills it may be on the back of a side panel. On a Q, look under the grill body or on the bottom of the cook box. Weber's website can look up the model from the serial number and show the exact parts diagram.

DIY or hire a pro

Most Weber repairs are owner friendly. Flavorizer bars and grates lift out. Spirit and Genesis burners usually come out with a screw or two. Igniter kits take some patience with wire routing.

It is worth calling someone when the grill smells like gas, when a valve sticks, or when you have a Summit with a rotisserie burner or a built-in island that is hard to reach. Labor cost depends on travel distance, how rusted the hardware is, and whether the tech has the part on the truck. Many grill repair pros in our network are dealers or have dealer accounts, so they can usually bring the right Weber part and install it in the same visit. You can search for a pro by ZIP code on our directory.

If your grill is old and rusted through, add up the parts list before you start. On a Spirit, a full set of burners, bars, grates and an igniter can approach the price of a new grill. Our repair or replace guide walks through that math. A good professional grill cleaning also extends the life of new bars and burners.

How Pro Grill can help

Pro Grill's online store focuses on premium built-in brands and does not stock Weber, but we can still track down parts. If you are stuck on an older Summit, a discontinued Genesis or a part number that no longer shows up anywhere, ask Pro Grill to find the part. For more on the brand itself, see our Weber brand page, or compare with Napoleon parts prices and Broil King parts prices.

How we get our pricesPrices come from current listings at authorized parts dealers, the Pro Grill parts store, manufacturer parts sites and Amazon, checked by hand. We list OEM (factory) parts and, where a decent one exists, aftermarket or universal parts.
