About Our BBQ Cleaning Process
We do much more than a surface cleaning.
We use a non-toxic degreasher to perform a safe bqq cleaning. Cleaning visits also include a tune up and inspection of the igniters, valves, gas orifices, burner holes and air shutters.

Grate Restoration When booking your appointment you have the option to upgrade your cleaning to a grate restoration cleaning.
Grate restoration is a very timely process which requires individually cleaning each grate spoke/bar of your grates using an unique abrasive power brush followed by steam cleaning of each spoke/bar.
In the event your grates have rust beyond surface rust and we cannot restore your grates to an acceptable condition, an $85 credit will be provided to you in Pro Grill credit towards the purchase of brand new grates.
CLEANING VISITS INCLUDE A FREE BBQ TUNE-UP
A cleaning is not a guarantee every part will work but we do make several adjustments to your barbecue including realigning your electrodes, lubricating valves and cleaning burners.
If there is a minor fix that we can do, we do it! If your grill requires new parts we will notify you and get you a fair quote to order and install those parts.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Professional barbecue cleaning is a time consuming, difficult and a dirty job. When your barbecue is clean, it improves the quality of your grilling and helps to deter rodents, remove mold, old grease, char and can prolong the life and health of your grill. In most circumstances, cleaning dirt and debris improves the efficiency of your grill, resulting in better and more balanced heat however barbecue cleaning is not a guarantee that an existing part can be repaired. If we arrive at your home or office and find the size or condition of your grill to not be as described there may be an adjustment of price in order for us to perform the work.
If a barbecue is in very bad condition and heavily rusted beyond regular surface rust, its components are compromised and may fall apart or disintegrate when cleaned. If you feel you have severely rusted barbecue components please let us know ahead of time and we can provide you a separate quote to replace these items. We will provide the utmost of care for these parts, will clean them the best we can but cannot be held responsible for any damage to severely rusted or compromised parts. The bottom of the barbecue box which has no contact with your food will be scraped, scrubbed and vacuumed however in most cases we cannot clean every nook and cranny in this area and there may still be stains, marks or scuffs or evidence of years of caked on grease.
