Luxor Grill Repair, Cleaning & Parts Service
Professional service for Luxor built-in and freestanding BBQ grills. Pro Grill can help diagnose grill problems, professionally clean your Luxor BBQ, replace worn components and help keep your outdoor cooking equipment working the way it should.
Whether your Luxor grill will not ignite, has low or uneven heat, needs burners or ignition components, has a rotisserie problem, or simply needs a thorough professional cleaning, start by telling us what your grill is doing.
Your Luxor grill is a complete outdoor cooking system.
Good grill service means understanding how the burners, valves, ignition, gas delivery, rotisserie equipment and cooking components work together—not simply replacing the first part that looks worn.
Luxor grills are designed as substantial outdoor cooking appliances, with built-in and freestanding configurations available in multiple sizes. Depending on the model, a Luxor BBQ can include multiple convection burners, an infrared rear burner, rotisserie equipment, a dedicated smoker box and burner, illuminated controls, halogen cooking-surface lights and a stainless steel warming rack.
That gives a Luxor owner a capable outdoor cooking system, but it also means there are multiple systems that can eventually require inspection, cleaning, adjustment or repair.
A grill that seems to have a burner problem, for example, may actually have an issue somewhere else in the fuel-delivery system. A grill that clicks but will not light may need ignition diagnosis rather than burners. Uneven heat can be influenced by burner condition, burner ports, gas flow, internal buildup or cooking components.
Pro Grill approaches Luxor grill repair by starting with the symptom and working toward the cause. If you can tell us the model and what the grill is doing, that gives us a useful place to begin.
Luxor Grill Repair
Diagnosis and repair for ignition, heat, burner, gas-flow and other common operating problems.
Luxor Grill Cleaning
Professional cleaning for accumulated grease, carbon, food debris and buildup throughout appropriate accessible areas.
Luxor Grill Parts
Replacement of worn or failed components when the correct part is available and repair makes sense.
What is your Luxor grill doing?
You do not have to know which part failed before calling us. Describe the symptom and let the diagnosis start there.
Luxor Grill Won't Light
Ignition problems can involve electrodes, spark components, wiring, burner condition, gas delivery or another part of the ignition sequence.
Burner Won't Ignite
If one burner behaves differently from the others, the condition of that burner and the systems supplying gas and ignition should be evaluated.
Luxor Grill Has Low Heat
Weak heat can involve burner condition, restricted burner ports, fuel supply, regulators, valves, orifices or other gas-delivery conditions.
Uneven Heat
Hot and cold areas may develop when burner performance, gas distribution or internal cooking components are no longer operating evenly.
Rear Burner Not Working
The infrared back burner is a separate cooking system and should be evaluated according to its own ignition, fuel and burner components.
Rotisserie Isn't Working
A rotisserie complaint may involve the motor, electrical connection, spit assembly, mounting hardware or rear-burner operation.
Flame Looks Different
Changes in flame pattern or burner performance can be useful clues and should not automatically be treated as a burner-replacement problem.
Knob or Valve Problem
A control that feels different, becomes difficult to operate or no longer controls the burner normally deserves proper evaluation.
Lights Not Working
Depending on the model, Luxor grills may include halogen surface lighting and illuminated controls with their own electrical components.
Grill Is Extremely Dirty
Heavy grease and carbon buildup can hide component deterioration and make it harder to evaluate the grill's actual condition.
Don't know which Luxor part is causing the problem?
That's okay. Tell us the model and symptoms and let us start with the grill itself.
From burners and valves to rotisserie systems.
A premium grill is made up of individual systems. Understanding those systems helps us make a more useful repair recommendation.
Convection Burners
Main burners create the heat used for everyday grilling and are central to overall performance.

Many Luxor configurations use an infrared back burner designed to work with the rotisserie system.
Rotisserie System
Motor, spit rod, forks, brackets and the rear burner combine to create a separate style of cooking.
Smoker Box & Burner
Applicable Luxor models include a dedicated smoker box with its own burner for adding wood-smoke flavor.
Knobs & Controls
Control knobs provide the interface between the cook and the valve system and may incorporate illuminated features.

Luxor grill repair starts with finding the actual problem.
One of the easiest mistakes in grill repair is replacing the component closest to the symptom without determining why the symptom exists.
Consider low heat. A homeowner may look through the lid, see a weak flame and assume the burners are bad. Sometimes worn burners really are the problem—but there are other possibilities.
Gas supply, regulator performance, valve operation, orifices, burner ports and other conditions can influence what happens at the burner.
Ignition works the same way. Hearing a click does not necessarily mean the complete ignition system is working correctly. The spark must occur at the appropriate place, the burner must be receiving fuel and the burner itself needs to be capable of establishing flame.
This is why we prefer diagnosis before parts.
Service for different Luxor grill configurations.
Model information matters because burner count, cooking area and internal configurations can vary.
Luxor's gas-grill lineup has included 30-, 36-, 42- and 54-inch models in built-in and freestanding configurations. Different models can use different numbers of main burners, while larger configurations may incorporate additional cooking equipment.
For that reason, identifying a grill simply as “a Luxor” is usually not enough when researching parts. The model information helps distinguish the exact grill configuration and can reduce the chance of ordering the wrong component.
Before contacting us: if possible, photograph your Luxor grill's model and serial information along with a full photo of the grill and any component that appears damaged. You can also consult the manufacturer's manuals for model-specific information.
Professional cleaning for your Luxor BBQ grill.
Luxor grill repair is only part of what Pro Grill does. We also provide professional grill cleaning services for outdoor BBQ equipment.
Every time you cook, grease, carbon, food particles and smoke residue accumulate inside the grill. Over months and years, that buildup can become substantial.
The visible cooking grates are only part of the story. Buildup can develop below the cooking surface, around burners, across internal surfaces, near grease-management areas and throughout other accessible parts of the grill.
A professional Luxor BBQ cleaning gives us the opportunity to work through accumulated debris while also getting a clearer look at the condition of components underneath it.
That is especially useful on a grill that has been installed in an outdoor kitchen for years. Heavy buildup can conceal deterioration that is difficult to see during an ordinary homeowner wipe-down.
Cleaning can tell us a lot about the condition of a grill.
Grates & Warming Rack
Cooking surfaces collect food residue and carbon and can reveal wear once accumulated buildup is removed.
Burner Area
Cleaning around accessible burner areas can make corrosion, deterioration and blocked burner ports easier to identify.
Grease & Carbon
Repeated cooking leaves residue throughout the interior, particularly when the grill is used frequently.
Electrode Areas
Grease, residue and physical deterioration around ignition components can affect how reliably a grill lights.
Drip & Collection Areas
Grease-management areas should not be forgotten during ongoing grill maintenance.
Look Under the Buildup
A cleaner grill makes it easier to see worn, corroded or damaged components that may need attention.

Main burners, rear burners and smoker burners.
Luxor's burner system can involve more than the main cooking burners, so the location and type of problem matters.
The main convection burners are responsible for the majority of everyday grilling heat. When they are operating correctly, they should provide predictable heat across the cooking area.
With age and use, burners can develop corrosion, damaged burner ports or other deterioration. Grease and cooking debris can also collect around the burner area.
But Luxor models can include other burner systems as well. Many configurations incorporate an infrared rear burner for rotisserie cooking. Applicable models can also include a dedicated smoker-box burner positioned separately from the primary cooking burners.
That makes it important to identify exactly which burner is having trouble.
If the main burners work but the rotisserie burner does not, the diagnosis is different from a grill where every burner has suddenly become weak. Likewise, if only one main burner fails to light, we can compare its behavior with the burners around it.
Our dedicated BBQ burner repair and replacement guide explains more about burner construction, common symptoms and when replacement may make sense.
A grill needs fuel, control and ignition to work together.
When someone says, “My Luxor grill won't light,” that is a useful symptom—but it is not yet a diagnosis.
An ignition system may include electrodes, wires, switches, modules or other components depending on the grill configuration. A spark also has to occur in the right location and under the right conditions.
At the same time, ignition cannot light a burner that is not receiving the proper fuel supply.
This is why gas valves, burner orifices, regulators and burners can become part of the same troubleshooting process.
Our BBQ ignition and igniter page goes deeper into spark systems, while our BBQ valve repair and replacement guide explains how grill valves fit into the fuel-control system.
Gas components deserve respect. If you smell gas, suspect a leak or believe a gas-control component may be damaged, discontinue use and have the condition properly evaluated rather than continuing to operate the grill.
The rotisserie is more than just the motor.
Luxor's rotisserie equipment combines mechanical, electrical and burner components into one cooking system.
If your Luxor rotisserie is not working properly, it helps to separate the problem into parts.
Is the motor receiving power? Does the motor turn? Does the spit rod seat correctly? Are the brackets and supports intact? Does the infrared rear burner ignite and operate correctly?
Those questions matter because “the rotisserie doesn't work” could describe very different failures.
For example, a perfectly functional motor does not solve a rear burner that will not ignite. Likewise, a working rear burner does not help if the rotisserie motor can no longer rotate the food.
On larger Luxor configurations, rear-burner arrangements can also differ. This is another reason we want the model number before researching replacement components.
Luxor smoker box & dedicated burner.
Some Luxor gas grills incorporate a smoker box with an independent burner. Rather than simply placing loose wood chips somewhere inside the grill, the dedicated system is intended to provide controlled heat to a stainless steel tray containing wood chips.
That means the smoker feature adds another fuel-control and burner system to the grill.
If the main grill works normally but the smoker burner does not, it makes sense to isolate that system rather than treating the entire grill as though it has a general gas-supply problem.
This is one of the features that makes the Luxor page different from a generic BBQ repair page. We want to understand the equipment that is actually installed in your outdoor kitchen and diagnose the feature that is giving you trouble.
Luxor owners who use the smoker feature regularly should also remember that smoke, grease and residue become part of the grill's overall cleaning and maintenance needs.
Repair the component when it makes sense.
A grill is a collection of serviceable systems. One worn component does not automatically mean you need a completely new BBQ.
Depending on the model, condition and parts availability, Luxor grill service may involve burners, ignition components, electrodes, wiring, valves, knobs, regulators, orifices, cooking grates, warming racks, rotisserie equipment, lighting, smoker components and other hardware.
We strongly prefer identifying the correct model before researching replacement parts. A component that looks similar is not necessarily correct for the grill.
Gas type is especially important. Luxor has offered equipment configured for both natural gas and liquid propane. Fuel-related components should never be selected merely because they physically fit.
If your Luxor grill needs a component we can source, the objective is to repair the problem while keeping as much of the original equipment in service as reasonably possible.

Is your Luxor grill worth repairing?
A quality built-in grill can be worth evaluating before removing it from an outdoor kitchen.
Built-in grill replacement is not always as simple as buying another BBQ and sliding it into the opening.
Outdoor kitchen cutouts, countertop dimensions, gas connections, ventilation requirements and surrounding cabinetry can all influence a replacement project.
If the stainless grill body and outdoor kitchen remain in good condition and the problem is limited to serviceable components, repairing the existing Luxor may make sense.
Burners, ignition parts, controls, cooking components and other replaceable items can wear long before the complete grill structure reaches the end of its useful life.
There are situations where replacement becomes the more reasonable option. Extensive deterioration, multiple expensive failures, unavailable components or a grill whose overall condition no longer justifies additional investment can shift that decision.
If replacement does become appropriate, Pro Grill also provides BBQ grill replacement and installation assistance .
That allows the conversation to remain focused on the right solution for the outdoor kitchen rather than forcing every grill into either a repair-only or replacement-only answer.
