Lynx Ceramic Briquettes & Briquette Trays

Ceramic briquettes are an important part of the heat-distribution system on many Lynx grills. Positioned above the burner system and below the cooking grids, they absorb and radiate heat while also receiving grease and food drippings during normal cooking.

Lynx Rotisserie Burner & Rotisserie System Repair

Many Lynx Professional grills include a rear infrared rotisserie burner, motor, spit rod and supporting hardware. Because the rotisserie operates as a separate cooking system, a problem there may have little to do with the main burners.

A Lynx rotisserie problem may involve the rear burner, ignition, electrical components, motor, spit rod or another part of the system. The symptom helps determine where diagnosis should begin.

Burner performance begins before the gas ever reaches the burner. Depending on the grill and installation, fuel travels through regulators, manifolds, valves and orifices before reaching the cooking system.
