Professional Summerset Grill Repair
A Summerset that won't light, has a weak flame, heats unevenly or doesn't get as hot as it used to usually has one failed part, not a reason to replace the whole grill.
Our technicians check the burners, ignition, valves, regulator, gas flow, heat-distribution parts, rotisserie and the rest of the grill.
Getting the diagnosis right keeps you from paying for expensive parts that weren't the problem.

Experience With Summerset Grill Systems
Summerset's grill families use different materials, burners and cooking systems depending on the series.
Common Summerset Grill Problems We Service
Every grill eventually needs maintenance or parts. These are the Summerset problems we see most:
Professional Summerset Grill Cleaning
We deep clean Summerset grills, including TRL, Sizzler, Sizzler Pro, Quest and other built-in and freestanding models.
Our cleaning goes way past brushing the grates. Technicians clean the grids, burners, heat-distribution parts, firebox, drip areas and exterior stainless as the grill allows.
We use a non-toxic, food-grade cleaning process with high-temperature steam to break down heavy grease, carbon and residue.
Cleaning also shows us parts that normally hide under buildup. If we spot worn burners, damaged briquettes, ignition problems or anything else, we'll show you what we found.
Because Pro Grill also handles Summerset grill repair and sells Summerset replacement parts , we can take care of it if the grill needs more than a cleaning.

Authorized Summerset Warranty Service
Pro Grill provides authorized Summerset warranty service.
Coverage depends on the grill, the part, the purchase date and Summerset's current warranty terms.
If you think your Summerset has a covered problem, send us the model, serial number, purchase information and what the grill is doing.
How to Find Your Summerset Grill Model & Serial Number
You'll need the model and serial number to order the right Summerset parts or request warranty service.
Both are on the grill's rating plate, along with the gas type. The plate is usually on the outside of the grill basin, also called the firebox. On some models it's on the underside of the drip tray. The model number is also on the front of the owner's manual.
Start by pulling the drip tray out and checking underneath. If it's not there, look around the outside of the firebox.
Reading the model number: the letters are the series and the number is the width in inches, so TRLPRO32 is a 32-inch TRL Pro. A "-NG" ending means natural gas, and "-LP" or a trailing L (like SZR32L) means propane. Valves, orifices and regulators are different for each gas type.
Watch the generation. SIZ and SIZPRO are the original Sizzler and Sizzler Pro, and SZR and SZRPRO are the current ones, with a lot of parts changed between them. A PRO-series plate (like PRO36) is not the same as TRLPRO or SZRPRO.
Take a clear photo of the plate. Can't find it? Text photos of the grill, control panel and inside to 888-418-4226 and we'll identify it.
Summerset Grill Parts
The right model and generation matter when ordering Summerset parts. Burners, knobs, ignition, briquette systems and other parts change between TRL, Sizzler, Sizzler Pro, Quest and the older lines, and between original and current versions.
Pro Grill sells genuine Summerset parts. Find your series in the parts finder below, then order from our Summerset parts collection .
Not sure which part failed? Schedule a professional grill inspection or repair visit before ordering.
Find the Right Part for Your Summerset Grill
Our free Summerset parts finder has interactive diagrams and parts lists for every Summerset grill family, plus side burners, power burners, the griddle, pizza ovens, refrigeration, vent hoods, doors and drawers. Start with the letters on your rating plate, open your model and find the part number. No account needed.
Match the letters before the size number: TRL, TRLPRO or TRLD; SIZ, SZR, SIZPRO or SZRPRO; QST; SBG; or PRM, PRO, TR, STG or ALT. Then open that series below.
Not sure? Text a photo of the plate to 888-418-4226 and we'll match it for you.

Summerset Sizzler & Sizzler Pro Grills
Sizzler is one of Summerset's main grill families, and Sizzler Pro is the step up, with heavier stainless construction, bigger burners and upgraded features.
There are two generations of each. The original SIZ and SIZPRO and the current SZR and SZRPRO look similar but use a lot of different parts, so check your plate before ordering. We have Sizzler Pro parts diagrams for both.
Pro Grill handles Sizzler and Sizzler Pro cleaning, repair, parts, warranty work and new grill sales.
Browse Summerset grills from Pro Grill or visit the Summerset manufacturer website .
Summerset TRL & TRL Pro Grills
TRL Pro sits near the top of the Summerset lineup, with premium cooking and convenience features.
Depending on the model, a TRL Pro can have stainless U-tube burners, an infrared rotisserie burner, heat-zone separators, lighting and upgraded heat distribution. The original TRL came in 26, 32, 38 and 44 inch, TRL Pro comes in 32 and 40 inch, and TRLD is its own separate line.
With that many versions, getting the diagnosis and the part number right matters. Check the TRL Pro parts diagrams or the original TRL parts list.
You can review current Summerset grill models directly from the manufacturer.
